This sub-theme seeks to promote interdisciplinary dialogue and foster collaboration among economists, policymakers, academics, and practitioners. In today’s rapidly evolving educational landscape, fostering sustainability, inclusivity, and equity in English language and literature teaching is essential. Integrating creativity and ethics within diverse fields such as Applied Linguistics and TESOL, literature, educational technology etc., ensures holistic and meaningful learning experiences. The following topics explore innovative and ethical approaches to advance quality education that embraces cultural diversity and addresses the needs of all learners. It emphasizes the creative and ethical dimensions required to build resilient societies and economies, examining topics from constitutionalizing intergenerational equity to leveraging commercial law for regenerative enterprises. At length, it seeks to illuminate pathways for achieving collective well-being through strong and adaptable legal systems that prioritize long-term sustainability and social justice.

Track 4: Ethics, Creativity, and Media Innovation in the Age of AI

As AI technologies transform the media landscape, they offer vast potential for creativity, innovation, and cultural preservation while raising critical ethical considerations. Reflecting the mission of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) to cultivate knowledge that drives justice, equity, and public good, this subtheme invites exploration of AI's role in media innovation. AI can enhance animation and media production, enable sustainable practices, and expand digital storytelling, but it also demands ethical scrutiny in areas such as representation, bias, and content integrity. Grounded in FASS’s commitment to advancing sustainability, creativity, and ethics, this subtheme encourages students, teachers, and scholars to investigate how AI-driven media can foster inclusive representation, responsible consumption, and civic engagement. Emphasizing digital literacy and social responsibility, it underscores the role of media in shaping a more just and sustainable society.

Attaining and maintaining health is one of the greatest challenges mankind has been experiencing, due to its diverseness in manifestations, causality and complexity in management. Changing socio-demographics, environment and climate and geo-political contexts add to the complexity to attain and maintain health for all. Innovation in research, policy, programs, leadership and advocacy may establish an inclusive and sustainable healthcare for all in the times ahead.
